Refund & Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers must request a return before sending any item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If the returned item is not in the same condition as it was delivered, the refund will not be issued.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
